If this is the trademark of the new generation, then I guess I can fit in easily. However, I do notice something that new generation possesses that make them all efficient and effective leaders. They may seem blunt and thoughtless at first, but they enough emotional intelligence to find a way to work with others. Well, at least one from the new generation has impressed me enough to not look down on them.
Anyway, I've learnt that even at this age, it is still possible to learn from the younger ones. Sometimes the elders and the higher ranking ones should really open up their eyes and gain insightful methods from the new generation. I agree that they may seem arrogant but there are some white sheep.
Just some aimless thoughts, as I live through this seeming aimless life.
